Built for trail riding
The alloy brackets hold the guard firmly at the bar, so it stays in position when you brush past trees and scrub. Stainless-steel hardware is used for the fittings, which suits bikes that regularly get ridden through mud and water and then washed down. It is a tidy, purpose-made setup rather than a universal guard that needs modifying to fit.

Fitment and compatibility
These hand guards are made for the SurRon Light Bee X (LBX) only. They are not designed for the Ultra Bee, Talaria or E-Ride Pro. If you run aftermarket handlebars or a different lever setup on your LBX, check there is room on the bar for the bracket clamps before ordering. Not sure? Installation tips
Fitting SurRon LBX hand guards is a quick job with basic tools:
- Loosen the lever and switch perches slightly so the clamps can sit where you need them
- Fit the bar clamps and line the guards up so they clear the levers through their full travel
- Tighten every fitting evenly, then check the throttle snaps back and both brakes work freely
- Re-check all bolts after your first ride and after any crash
Pair them with other LBX upgrades

No. These guards are designed for the SurRon Light Bee X only.
Will they stop my levers breaking in a crash?
They are designed to help protect your levers in falls by taking the first impact. No guard can prevent every breakage in a big crash, but they reduce the chance of a snapped lever ending your ride early.
