Protect your wiring
Route the harness away from sharp edges, the swing arm and the steering stops, and secure it with cable ties that are snug but not over-tight. A little dielectric grease on exposed connectors helps keep moisture out, and avoiding direct pressure washing around the controller and plugs will help your electrics last.
Tuning your controller
Tuned ASI controllers can deliver a big performance increase. Make sure your battery, wiring and drivetrain are up to the task, and consider an upgraded battery connection such as a QS8 harness if you are drawing high current.
