This upgraded Ultra Bee sprocket is a premium black rear sprocket designed for looks and performance on the SurRon Ultra Bee. It is a significant upgrade on the OEM sprocket and is available in 54T and 60T.
Why upgrade your Ultra Bee sprocket?
Changing the rear sprocket is one of the easiest ways to change how your Ultra Bee feels. A larger sprocket increases torque at the rear wheel for stronger acceleration and easier hill climbing, while a smaller one keeps more top speed. A premium Ultra Bee sprocket also wears well and gives the rear of your bike a clean, custom look.

Which size should I choose?
The 54T sprocket is ideal for smaller wheel sets, while the larger sprocket is ideal for larger wheel sets such as 21/19. If you have changed your wheels or want a particular feel – more acceleration or more top speed – let us know your setup and we can help you choose.
Chain not included
Please note this sprocket does not come with a chain. If your chain is worn, replace it at the same time – a worn chain will quickly wear a new sprocket. Check your chain length when changing sprocket size, as a larger sprocket may need extra links.
Fitting tips
- Support the bike so the rear wheel spins freely and remove the chain
- Remove the old sprocket and clean the hub mounting surface
- Fit the new Ultra Bee sprocket and torque the bolts evenly in a star pattern
- Refit the chain, set tension and check alignment before riding
Sprocket care
Keep the sprocket and chain clean and lubricated. Inspect the teeth regularly – hooked or sharpened teeth mean the sprocket is worn and should be replaced along with the chain.

Machined to look as good as it performs, this ultra bee sprocket is a big step up from the factory part. Choose the 54T for smaller wheel combinations, or a larger tooth count if you run bigger wheels such as a 21/19 setup.
