This Ultra Bee 21 inch wheel is a stronger, ready-to-ride 21-inch front for the SurRon Ultra Bee, built in 7000-series aluminium. It bolts directly into the standard forks, and as part of the complete wheel package we fit the rim lock, rim tape, a heavy-duty tube and a meaty MX tyre so it arrives ready to ride.
Why fit an Ultra Bee 21 inch wheel?
The Ultra Bee comes with a 19 inch front wheel as standard. Moving to a 21 inch front, the standard size on full-size motocross and enduro bikes, improves rollover on rocks, roots and ruts and gives a more stable, confident feel in rough terrain. It also unlocks the full range of 21 inch MX and enduro tyres.

Your tyre, your way
Every Ultra Bee 21 inch wheel we build can be fitted with the tyre that suits you. We normally choose a medium-compound MX tyre such as the Michelin StarCross 6, which handles most conditions well. Want something different? we can usually accommodate you – just get in touch after ordering or before you buy.
Matching the rear
The Ultra Bee already runs an 18 inch rear rim, so to match your new front you only need our 18 inch OEM wheel upgrade kit – essentially a wider tyre package.
Fitting tips
Fitting your Ultra Bee 21 inch wheel takes only a few minutes:
- Transfer your front brake rotor and torque the bolts correctly
- Check the rotor sits centrally in the calliper and the wheel spins freely
- Set tyre pressure for your terrain and check the rim lock is tight
- Re-check spoke tension after your first few rides
Wheel care
Check spoke tension and rim lock tightness regularly, especially after the first few rides as new spokes settle. Keep an eye on tyre pressure, rinse mud and sand off the hub and bearings after wet rides, and inspect the rim for dents after hard hits. A well-maintained wheel lasts longer and keeps the bike tracking straight.
