Built for hard enduro
Hard enduro riding means rocks, logs, ledges and steep climbs where the bottom of the bike regularly makes contact. A strong, well-mounted Ultra Bee skid plate lets you ride those obstacles with confidence, knowing the underside of your bike is protected.
Fitting tips
- Support the bike securely so you can work underneath
- Remove the stock plastic skid plate and keep any reusable hardware
- Fit the DirtyBike plate using all eight mounting points, starting every bolt by hand
- Tighten evenly and check nothing rubs before riding
Care tips
Check the mounting bolts after hard rides and big hits. Clear packed mud from behind the plate so moisture is not trapped against the frame.

Hard enduro protection for the Sur-Ron Ultra Bee
The factory plastic guard is barely there. DirtyBike’s ultra bee skid plate is the real thing: it went through 24 design revisions and three years of development, including brutal testing in extreme enduro, hare scrambles and motocross, before the team signed it off.
Built to take hits – the plate material is light and very tough, slick enough to slide over obstacles yet grippy enough to stand on when you need to.
Locked to the frame – eight mounting points, where many rivals use four. Delrin hooks secure the rear of the plate, a central load block spreads impact forces across the frame, and the sides and front use the original mounting locations.
Snag-free shape – a gently curved underside with flush-mounted hardware lets you slide over rocks and stumps without catching.
