Fitting tips
- Remove the pivot pin clip and pin to free the stock peg
- Keep the return spring and check it for damage
- Fit the new peg with the spring seated correctly, refit the pin and secure the clip
- Check the peg folds up and returns smoothly before riding
Care tips
Rinse mud out of the peg pivots after wet rides so they keep folding freely. A light spray of lubricant on the pivot pin keeps the action smooth, and checking the clips regularly makes sure nothing works loose.
