Version matters
This harness suits the Version 3 X-9000 controller. Harnesses for different controller versions and different bikes are not interchangeable, so check your controller version before ordering. If you are unsure, send us a photo of the controller label.

- Disconnect the battery and wait before handling any wiring
- Photograph the old harness routing and every connection before removing it
- Route the new harness along the same path, away from sharp edges and moving parts
- Make sure every plug clicks fully home, then test all functions before riding
Protect your wiring
Use cable ties to keep the harness away from the swing arm, steering and hot components. A little dielectric grease on exposed connectors helps keep moisture out, and avoiding direct pressure washing around the controller area will extend the life of your X-9000 Sting harness.

This harness is designed for the Talaria Sting with a Version 3 X-9000 controller. It will not fit SurRon or E-Ride Pro bikes – we stock separate harnesses for those.
